Indoor and Outdoor spaces are both available, allowing us to be flexible with weather and season, and allowing you to plan a party for your "wild child" with confidence!
Birthday Parties are available:
- Fridays 4:30 pm
- Saturdays at 10 am, 12:30 pm , 3 pm
- Sundays at 11 am, 1:30 pm, 4 pm
Wildlife Encounters Basic Party Package:
- 1.5 hours

- up to 12 kids and a total of 20 guests are welcome.
- dedicated party guide / wildlife educator
- BYO party decorations and supplies, our use our provided decorations and tableware.
- Guests enjoy a "Tiny Creatures" Encounter or customized comparable group of animals with lots of opportunity for touching/holding and picture opportunities!

- Use of the Party Room or Barnside party space for traditional party activities (cake, presents, etc)

- Kids and up to 3 adults are guided on an interactive educational tour of indoor and outdoor Ambassador Animal habitats with opportunities for feeding, touching/holding select animals!

Home School Groups, Charter & Private School Groups, Scout Groups, 4-H & more!

AVAILABLE DATES BEGIN APRIL 15th, 2025
"Drop-in" visits are not welcome. We do not offer general open-to-the-public hours.
We do not book private family tours, friend groups etc, sorry.
However we do invite you to consider registering for our offered events such as StoryTime, Explorers Club, Ladies' Nights, Paint n' Sip, etc.

- Age requirement: 7 yrs old & up
- Group Size Limits: max of 20 people total
- Duration: 60-90 minutes
- Indoor or outside, rain or shine - you can plan confidently with us!
- $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book a date/time
These educational field trips are one-on-one time for your group with one of our amazing educators, and the Ambassador Animals that are at the sanctuary at the time of your visit.
It should be known and accepted that it is very possible some animals will be away for mobile programs when you are there.
Rates: BASE RATE $195
